- Requests for returns and/or exchanges must be submitted within 30 days.
- NO Shipping Fee Refunds
- There are NO refunds for “weak” or disliked scents. Product fragrance ratios carefully follow the rules set forth by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA). Uncertain about a scent? Get a Sample Pack!
- If a consumer has an allergic reaction to any product, there will be no refunds. Before placing a purchase, kindly review the components of every product.
- Unless there was an error on the part of our fulfillment team, the customer is in charge of all return shipping fees.
- Samples and/or sample packs are not returnable.
- Starter kits and subscription boxes are not returnable.
- Unless it breaks in transit, there are no returns or refunds on any beard tool.
- Clothing goods that have been worn or cleaned, including headgear, are not returnable.
